TERMS OF ORDER
The purchase contract is confirmed when the customer receives the confirmation of order via email. If the customer hasn’t received the automatic confirmation of order can they be in contact to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the customer has ordered a product that has been out of stock from our website, we will inform the customer as soon as possible via email. We will give them an estimation of when the product is back in stock. Alternatively, we can refund the price of the product.
